My story
Caroline Charriere
Safari guide in South Africa and Veterinary Assistant.
My flight attendant mother gave me a taste for travel from an early age. I grew up through all these experiences and the discovery of new cultures and landscapes.
After graduated from my Specialized Veterinary Nurse exam, I left France to realize my dream: to work with the wildlife of South Africa and try to contribute to its conservation. I started my career in the Western Cape as a keeper for the Western Cape Cheetah Conservation, working closely with this cheetah organization to help save these beautiful and vulnerable animals.
In order to deepen my knowledge on the conservation of fauna and flora, I passed my diploma as a safari guide with 4x4 vehicle and on foot. Passionate about horseback riding, I worked as a horse safari guide in the Kruger National Park.
I speaks French and English.
